Timchenko passes stake in Novatek to Ena Invest for 465 bln rbl
MOSCOW, Jul 12 (PRIME) -- Russian businessman Gennady Timchenko has transferred a stake in gas producer Novatek to Ena Invest from Volga Group for 464.8 billion rubles, Novatek said in a statement on Thursday.
Volga Group earlier held 23.49% in Novatek. The other shareholders are France’s Total with 18.9%, Novatek CEO Leonid Mikhelson with 24.75%, and Gazprom with 9.99%.
